Your Photos Stay Private

1PhotoBooth.net processes photos in your browser. For normal photo booth use, captured photos are rendered locally with browser APIs and are not uploaded to our servers.

What We Collect

We collect limited data needed to operate the service:

  • Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, profile image, and Google account identifier for authentication and account management.
  • Subscription data: we store your plan, Paddle customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, and Pro access expiration date so we can provide paid features.
  • Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymous, aggregated page views and product usage. We do not send photo content to analytics.
  • Payment data: payments are processed securely by Paddle. We do not store full credit card numbers.

Camera Access

Camera access is requested through your browser permission prompt. Camera data is processed locally and you can revoke camera permission at any time through your browser settings.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We also use analytics cookies or similar browser technologies through Google Analytics to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth: sign-in authentication.
  • Google Analytics 4: aggregated usage analytics.
  • Paddle: checkout, payment processing, tax handling, billing emails, cancellation, and refunds.
  • Cloudflare: hosting, security, and database infrastructure.

Data Retention

Since photos are processed locally, we have no photo files to retain for normal photo booth use. Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active or as needed for billing, fraud prevention, legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of account data by emailing privacy@1photobooth.net. Some billing records may be retained where required by payment, accounting, tax, or legal obligations.
