Service Description

1PhotoBooth.net provides a browser-based photo booth application. The service lets users capture photos with their device camera, apply filters and effects, arrange photos in layouts, add frames and stickers, and download the results.

Use of Service

By using 1PhotoBooth.net, you agree to:

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the service.
  • Not use the service to create harmful or illegal content.
  • Grant camera access voluntarily through your browser.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos you create. Photos are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers for normal photo booth use. We do not claim rights over your photo content.

Free and Pro Plans

1PhotoBooth.net offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The Pro subscription includes unlimited HD downloads, no watermark, premium filters, premium frames and stickers, GIF export, and priority support.

  • Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
  • Yearly Plan: $29.99 per year, billed annually.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting support@1photobooth.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until that date.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices in the future. If a change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice before the new price takes effect where required by applicable law or payment processor rules.

Availability

We work to keep 1PhotoBooth.net available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, commit fraud, or misuse the refund policy. If access is terminated because of a policy violation, refunds may be denied.

Limitation of Liability

1PhotoBooth.net is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
